The Brown Sugar Pecan became an immediate favorite. It smelled so good when everything was mixed together. It features a blend of natural grain oats, rye, barley, tasty pecans, cherries, and cranberries. The Apple Cinnamon Almond flavor contains natural grain oats, rye, barley, crunchy almonds, apples, and cranberries. The Bistro cup gives each packet of oats extra flavor by adding either apple cinnamon or brown sugar to the brew.

This is perfect for me to have in the morning. To make a delicious Breakfast in a k-cup of oatmeal is fantastic. My nephew and Dad would love this! I make breakfast simple by cooking easy meals.

That's really cool but one question- what is in the bistro cup portion that you put in the brewer? Is that flavoring for the hot water? I would totally try these out. yum!

The bistro cup has the flavoring inside of it, either Apple Cinnamon or Brown Sugar. Both are so good!

The brown sugar pecan looks really good! I love Nature Valley brand, especially there peanut butter bars. Love the cups that come with this and you use your Keurig to make this. Awesome!
