I have been using the Lancome DreamTone Serum in number 1 twice a day under my makeup primer. The formula is very light and glides on the skin smoothly. Typically, I steer clear from serums and any type of oily skincare products. I break out easily and my skin tends to be much more sensitive than it used to be. I didn’t have any issues with the DreamTone and I actually started seeing noticeable results within the first week. A little DOES go a long way. I only needed one squirt, sometimes one and a half, to cover my whole entire face. You don’t want to overdo it because then it may cause your skin to feel greasy. I also noticed that if there is too much it starts to eat away at your makeup as the day goes on. I love how light is and that it leaves a glowing transparency behind. After I apply it evenly I allow it to dry a few minutes before I put my primer and foundation on. I even use this before bed after I wash my face and have a clean canvas. It works best if you use it two times a day and this is the way I fit it into my routine.
In general my skin is clear for the most part. I do get occasional acne, dark circles, and random redness that seems to pop out of no where. I do not enjoy any of these! In fact, they make me self conscious because I am so fair and everything is noticeable. The Lancome DreamTone Serum has been helping to diminish all of these issues. My skin in brighter, my dark circles are fading, and I have barely any redness on my problem areas! I am beyond satisfied and delighted with this product. Yes it’s on the pricey side. At $98 a bottle it really does work and in my opinion, is totally worth the cost. Since you do not have to dispense a lot each application you can get a good about of use from it for a long period of time. I am always on the hunt for problem solving products and this is one I will be sticking with!
