July has not been a very kind month here in South Florida. Rain, thunderstorms, and minor floods have take over our Summer fun! This Summer I had big plans of exciting travels with my family but the crummy weather sure put a damper on them. For many days we postponed our journeys and waited until the dark clouds drifted away. Finally, the optimistic weather man shared a light of hope with a clear forecast. The sun would be making an exclusive appearance! With a small window of enjoyable weather ahead, this past week was our chance to hit the beach and soak up those warm rays we missed so dearly. Colorful beach towels, sunscreen, snacks, and sand shovels wasted no time taking over the car. While mommy checked her list twice, Toodie made sure that her fluffy friend Ubooly was also prepared for a memorable day at the beach. Remember this plushy cutie pie? I first introduced him here, and since then he has become a part of the family! With the new Road Trip Pack available in the Ubooly Lab, our travels were sure to be filled with laughs and learning.

Not only did this help to pass the many miles, but it allowed all of us to do a little family bonding while on our way to the beach!
